Detox Foot Patches

Detox foot pads are most commonly used at night in order for them to be worn for a period of 8-12 hours. Before an individual goes to sleep at night, they are adhered to the bottom of the foot. When they wake up, one may find the pads yellow, brown or black in color. This is a natural reaction of the pads eliminating the toxins through the night. This happens through the sweat released from the feet.
