Mix 1 teaspoon Kamut powder with 8 oz of water. You may work up to 4 tablespoons in 32oz of water per day (this is the recommended amount while doing Karyn’s detox program). To assure complete absorption, take on an empty stomach at least 25 minutes before or after a meal.
Helpful hint: To mix Kamut into liquid more thoroughly pulse in a blender on a low speed.
